These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Near Me Best Work ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and your access to our website at nearmebestwork.com/. By requesting services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Agreement
Near Me Best Work provides exterior cleaning and property improvement services including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, roof surface cleaning, roof surface sealing, roof surface coating, paver sealing, paver coating, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, wall and fence cleaning, building washing, screen enclosure cleaning, concrete surface cleaning, and sandblasting.
All services are provided on an as-needed basis. A service estimate provided by Near Me Best Work constitutes an offer to perform the described services at the stated price. Services commence only upon your acceptance of the estimate and scheduling of an appointment.
Services described as “roof cleaning,” “roof sealing,” and “roof coating” are surface-level exterior treatments only. Near Me Best Work does not perform structural roofing work of any kind. If you have structural concerns with your roof, you should consult a qualified roofing contractor.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until accepted by both parties. Final pricing may be adjusted from the estimate if actual site conditions differ materially from those described or observed during the estimate process. We will communicate any required price adjustments before proceeding with affected work.
Prices stated in estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternate arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger commercial projects, we may require a deposit prior to commencing work. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the purpose of performing the requested services, including access to outdoor water supply connections. If access is not available on the scheduled date and we are not notified in advance, a trip charge may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such situations and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
5. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Multiple no-show or last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for advance payment for future services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or special conditions at your property prior to service
- Secure or remove pets, children, and sensitive items from work areas before service begins
- Ensure outdoor water access is available on the scheduled service date
- Notify us of any HOA rules, gate codes, or access requirements in advance
7. Liability Limitations
Near Me Best Work carries comprehensive general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of reasonable repair or replacement of the damaged property, not to exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage that results from undisclosed property conditions, damage to improperly installed or non-watertight surfaces, or normal service variations on aged or weathered materials.
In no event shall Near Me Best Work be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
Near Me Best Work does not perform structural roofing work. We are not responsible for any structural condition of any roof, and our roof surface treatments do not address, remedy, or provide warranties regarding any structural aspect of roofing systems.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Satisfaction guarantees apply only to the specific work performed and do not extend to conditions beyond the scope of the services provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Near Me Best Work and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
