Includes everything in Gold, plus:
- 1 extra House Soft Wash per year (2 total, one every 6 months)
- 1 Fence Cleaning per year
- $299 credit toward one paver sealing per year. If your area is larger, you only pay the difference.
- 1 screen enclosure or pool cage cleaning per year
- 20% off extra services and property improvements
- Top priority: check visit every 3 months and same-week scheduling

Annual prices, Band M only
Pay for the year in advance. These annual prices are for Band M homes, 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft.
How your membership works
- This is a 12 month plan, and your price stays fixed for the year.
- Prices are by home living area band: Band S up to 1,500 sq ft, Band M 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft, and Band L 2,501 to 3,500 sq ft. Homes over 3,500 sq ft are custom with a free estimate. Plans cover 1 or 2 story homes.
- Each included service is scheduled with you.
- Unused services do not roll over to the next year.
- Monthly payment is charged automatically by card. Annual plans can be prepaid.
- Early cancellation: you pay the difference between what you paid and the value of services already received.
- One property per plan. A plan is not transferable.
- Best Work Promise on every visit: if you are not happy, we come back and make it right.
- For Gold and Platinum, the included roof wash is calculated at $0.25 per sq ft. If your roof exceeds the included value for your band, you pay only the difference.
- Oversized driveway: your plan covers the standard driveway value ($99) and you only pay the difference.
